Our kids program is designed for ages 3-15 with age-appropriate techniques, close supervision, and a focus on discipline, respect, and having fun. Every class is led by experienced instructors who prioritize safety above all else. What should my child wear to their first class? For their first class, comfortable athletic clothing works great: a t-shirt and shorts or leggings. No zippers, buttons, or pockets. If your child continues training, we'll help you get fitted for a gi (the traditional uniform). We have loaner gis available for trial classes so you don't need to buy anything upfront. Do I need to be in shape to start BJJ? No. BJJ will get you in shape. Most adults who walk through our door haven't trained before, and that's exactly who our classes are b
